Information we process
When you browse, the hosting infrastructure processes your IP address and request data needed to deliver pages and protect access. Your selected language is stored on your device. When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share, including project or partnership enquiries.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiry data to respond and, when requested, take steps towards a contract. General business correspondence, site operation and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interests in communication and security, balanced against your rights. Data required by law is processed to meet the relevant obligation. Optional marketing or tracking, if introduced, requires its own disclosed basis and consent where required; contacting us is not consent to advertising.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting is provided through Fornex infrastructure; email correspondence uses Gmail (Google). Relevant technical or correspondence data is handled by these providers as needed to operate those services. Their processing may involve countries outside Moldova. You can request information about the recipients and applicable transfer safeguards by email. The current website does not send browsing events to advertising or analytics services.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained while the request and related follow-up are being handled. If a contract follows, relevant records are retained for the contract and applicable legal or claims periods. Technical records are kept only as needed for operation, troubleshooting and security incidents. Retention depends on the purpose and legal requirements, not on an indefinite right to keep data. The language preference remains until you remove it or clear browser storage.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to [email protected]; we may ask for proportionate identity verification. You may complain to Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), or the competent EU supervisory authority where GDPR applies. This site does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
